Vendor Registration

CCEL is in the process of launching its own approved vendor database for future business.

In this respect, you are kindly requested to follow the following:

  1. Identify from the material code list those categories which you wish to be considered for future tender requests.
  2. Submit the reference list and if you have many categories, kindly submit your reference list per each category for the last five years.
  3. Fill up the attached “Vendor In Country Value Form” and submit a scanned copy of the relevant ICV Certificate (In-Country Value Certificate).
  4. Fill up the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire Part I & II – where applicable –
  5. Submit the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire along with all necessary supporting documents.

Note: If you have more than one facility in different countries, the above steps to be conducted on each facility.

Submission

Submit the prequalification and all supporting documents via online OR submit in a CD/Pen drive to the below mentioned office address:
